An Instapot is a one stop wonder. It is a Programmable pressure cooker, slow cooker, yoghurt maker, rice cooker, idli batter fermentor, saute pan, steamer, cheese cake maker, sous chef all rolled into one. I got mine during a sale from Amazon last year, and I have not stopped using it since then. It's an product I completely endorse.

I will be posting many tried and true recipes for this wonderful one pot wonder, but the same can also be easily made in the pressure cooker or slow cooker.
