* Ingredients:
- Yogurt- 2 cups
- Water- 1/4 cup
- Cucumber (grated and diced)- 1 no.
- Carrot (grated and diced)- 1 no.
- Tomato (diced)- 1 no.
- Green chilli (slit)- 1 (or half as per taste)
- Cilantro/ Coriander leaves/ Malliella (finely chopped)- 2 nos.
- Onion (sliced)- 1/2 of one
- Pepper- As needed (or 1/2 tsp.)
- Salt- As needed ((or 1/2 tsp.)
- Mayonnaise- 2 tsp.
* Serves: 4 people
* Cooking time: 2- 3 minutes
* Recipe:
- Wash and chop all the vegetables.
- Mix the yogurt well with the water to clear any lumps.
- Add Mayonnaise (for extra creaminess- Optional step*)
- Add all the chopped vegetables into the yogurt mixture and mix well.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as per taste (or as)
